Airport Information & Getting to Storrs
Bradley International Airport in Hartford, CT is 40 minutes from Storrs.
Boston Logan International Airport in Boston, Mass is 2 hours from Storrs via I-90.
Bradley International is roughly 36 miles northwest of campus and will require additional transportation in order to get down to the conference site. See below for information on car rentals and public transportation.
From Bradley (Hartford) Airport
- Take the 30-Bradley Flyer bus from Bradley Airport (Terminal A, Door 6) to Hartford Union Station.
- From Union Station, transfer to the CTtransit 913 bus (free with U-Pass) to Storrs.
- Peter Pan buses also connect Storrs to Hartford, with stops at UConn Co-op.
By Car
Approximately a 40 min drive south east on I-84. Ride shares will cost around $60. The following car rental agencies are available at the Bradley airport:

Public Transportation
By Bus (local):
The 913 Hartford-Storrs Express Bus runs multiple times a day from the Hartford Union Station to areas on UConn’s campus.

By Regional Rail:
Hartford Union Station is the closest train station to the UConn Storrs Campus. Amtrak Hartford’s Union Station (HFD) is serviced by Amtrak’s Northeast Regional and Vermonter routes. Union Station is a 30 to 35 minute drive from the Storrs Campus. We are unable to provide transportation to and from Hartford Union Station.
